At the beginning of 2022, CityRealty listings show 7,443 publicly listed condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale throughout New York City. Among them are 606 new listings that came on the market over the past seven days. The median price of a newly listed Manhattan condo came to $2.03 million ($1,983 per square foot). Newly listed Manhattan co-ops recorded a median price of $850,000.

Below, we take a look at the most impressive new listings to hit the market over the past week. Among them was the penthouse at 30 East 10th Street, a three-bedroom co-op that underwent a $1.2 million renovation by AD100 designer Giancarlo Valle. Enhancements include restoring the dramatic arched windows, replacing the floors with 14" French oak boards, crafting a custom bookshelf for the living room, and adding an extra bedroom and bath. Previous owner Kevin Wendle described it to The Wall Street Journal as "a real authentic jewel," and it is now on the market for $10.25 million.
