At the beginning of 2022, CityRealty listings show 7,443 publicly listed condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale throughout New York City. Among them are 606 new listings that came on the market over the past seven days. The median price of a newly listed Manhattan condo came to $2.03 million ($1,983 per square foot). Newly listed Manhattan co-ops recorded a median price of $850,000.

Among them was the penthouse at 30 East 10th Street, a three-bedroom co-op that underwent a $1.2 million renovation by AD100 designer Giancarlo Valle.
