Williamsburg's formerly industrial area just south of the Lorimer Street subway station and east of the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway is on the rise. That is evident with the 55,000-square-foot, 6-story mixed-use condominium coming to 432 Keap Street (147 Hope Street). Architect Alexander Campagno filed plans for the building in 2015 and the uniquely steel-framed project is now topped off. Blue Zees Real Estate is the developer.

The ground floor will have retail space and there will be a roomy 38 units spread across a roomy 45,312 square feet of residential space. Amenities will include private outdoor space, 19 parking spots, exercise room, bike room, children’s playroom, and a common rooftop terrace.
