According to CityRealty listings, there are 931 condos for sale in northern Brooklyn at an average price of $1,207 per square foot. Brooklyn condo prices stayed relatively flat year-over-year with the average price per square foot falling marginally while the average price paid for a condo rose 5 percent. This stands in contrast to Manhattan; across the river, year-over-year average price per square foot and closing prices both fell 7 percent.

From 2019 to 2020, South Slope-Greenwood Heights, DUMBO, and Park Slope saw the biggest jumps in closing price per square foot.
