The penthouse in Pritzker Prize-winner Tadao Ando’s jewel box condominium at 152 Elizabeth Street entered contract in November, and more details have just become available: The Wall Street Journal reports that Matt Cohler, an early Facebook employee and partner in Benchmark Capital, is the buyer. The penthouse was listed for $35 million and has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and three private terraces, including one on the roof with a fireplace, kitchen, and reflecting pool.

152 Elizabeth Street is Mr. Ando’s first project outside of Asia, and Mr. Cohler isn’t the only one excited about it: Only three listings have not yet entered contract. A two-bedroom is listed for $6.25 million; a three-bedroom is listed for $6.5 million; and a full-floor four-bedroom with a private loggia is listed for $15 million.
