Brooklyn-based StudiosC have made their mark around the borough, and the team has just announced on Instagram that construction is complete at 187 Bridge Street, a ground up boutique condominium.
The new building rises six stories and its six residences are spread over 6,677 square feet of space. The newly revealed image shows a dark gray brick façade surrounding the apartments, which have private balconies.

Plans filed with the city call for a ground-floor community facility and full-floor apartments on top. Interior renderings show open layouts as well as sleek, modern kitchens and baths.
By virtue of its location across the street from Trinity Park, residents will enjoy views of a tree-lined street. The building is a short walk to DUMBO’s best dining and nightlife and three blocks from the York Street subway station. Prices are not yet available, but CityRealty data shows that Downtown Brooklyn’s median condo price is $1.325 million.
