On a tour of a model unit at 77 Greenwich Street, Mr. Brockman pointed out that the refrigerator and dishwasher are integrated so as to keep reflecting light to a minimum and not distract from the spectacular views from the apartments starting 150 feet off the ground. An unobstructed floating island was designed to serve as a part of the room rather than a piece of architecture.
