77 Greenwich Street

This 500-foot-tall 42-story tower at 77 Greenwich Street in a prime–and booming–Lower Manhattan location is fronted by a concrete and pleated glass curtain wall and a southern façade with three cantilevers designed by FXCollaborative. In true New York City fashion, the building’s podium incorporates a new elementary school and a more than 200-year-old landmarked rowhouse. Within are 89 one-to-four-bedroom condominium apartments beginning at the 15th floor to optimize the gift of unobstructed city, Hudson River and New York Harbor views. 

Apartments, with interiors designed by Deborah Berke Partners, have ceilings over 10 feet high and white oak flooring. Poliform kitchens are equipped with honed Blue de Savoie marble counters and backsplashes and top-of-the-line appliances. All bedrooms have en suite baths, and master suites have impressive closet space. Built to LEED standards, the building strives to be environmentally sustainable, with technology like variable refrigerant flow heating and AC for optimal year-round temperatures and energy efficiency.

The Cloud Club at the building’s pinnacle holds amenities that include a fitness studio, children’s playroom, lounge with fireplace, and dining room with catering kitchen. An outdoor garden and dog run can be found on the ninth floor.

The Financial District neighborhood is experiencing unprecedented residential growth. Surrounded by nearly every subway line in the city, it’s well beyond an office destination.
