A trio of 2-bedroom homes are listed; Unit #1R is priced at $1.195M, Unit 1B at $1.195M and Unit #PHA at $1.295M.

Interiors are modern and have a loft-inspired design featuring 12-foot ceilings and oversized warehouse style windows. Homes have hardwood floors, video entry, washer/dryer and spa-like bathrooms with heated floors. Each home has a private outdoor oasis with a kitchen. TRANSPORTATION
The L train, just four blocks away from the Graham Avenue stop, is very convenient for travel throughout Brooklyn and to-and-from Manhattan - but don't forget, the L train shut down is happening. From this location, there are alternative transit options including the G train with nearby stops at Metropolitan Avenue and Nassau Avenue - both within walking distance. Citi Bike is a great way to commute throughout the city and there are many docking stations nearby including those on Graham Avenue, Richardson Street and Jackson Street.

There are several highly-rated restaurants in the neighborhood including Humboldt and Jackson, the popular soul food eatery Taste of Heaven and also Vietnamese cuisine at Nhà Minh.
