GiiO: Sales launch on attractive, attainable Bushwick condos from $595K

Sales are underway at GiiO, a two-building boutique condominium complex located at 299-301 Stockholm Street in the heart of Bushwick. Serene bedrooms can accommodate queen-size beds, and spa-inspired bath feature Porcelanosa tilework, custom vanities with integrated storage, integrated mirrors, and matte black fixtures. Several residences offer private outdoor space, and residents have access to a landscaped shared roof terrace.

While GiiO doesn't offer a residential gym, it is located a short distance from the sports courts and green space at Maria Hernandez Park. A number of fitness studios can also be found on surrounding blocks, as can popular local restaurants and retail. The complex is located just up the street from the Dekalb Avenue L train, and the Knickerbocker Avenue M train is a few blocks away.
