(L-R) 20 East End Avenue (#5), 220 Central Park South (#1) and 111 Murray Street (#4 and #7) (L-R) 20 East End Avenue (#5), 220 Central Park South (#1) and 111 Murray Street (#4 and #7)
In the week of February 10, a total of 199 condo and co-op closings recorded in Manhattan came in at $371,709,204. The 80 reported condo sales totaled $231,857,005 and came to an average price of $3.287M, or $1,586 per ft2. The 119 reported co-op sales totaled $138,852,199 and came to an average price of $1.196M, or $1,031 per ft2.

This week's top sales were largely dominated by downtown buildings in both new construction and recent residential conversions. But between a condo at 220 Central Park South taking the top spot and One57 cracking the top ten, Billionaires' Row is still very much in the game.
