And after getting the approval from the Department of Buildings in 2015 to construct 977 Manhattan, Boyn has listed the entire building for a cool $14.25M. According to permits, 977 Manhattan Avenue has 2,232 square feet of commercial space and 14,004 square feet of residential, meaning the spacious apartments – all of which are have one-bedroom layouts – average 1,000 square feet apiece.
Another investment perk? The building is Green Certified, meaning it has energy-efficient elements that will please the owner and residents. Features include solar panels, a bike room, central air and heat, laundry facilities, video intercoms, in-ceiling speakers, storage, and outdoor space for many of the units.
