The latest rendering by Queens-based Architects Studio PC show a slim white building with oversized windows and glass balconies for select units. Prices are not yet available, but CityRealty data shows that the median condo price for Long Island City is $1.25 million.
42-44 Crescent Street is two blocks from the Queensboro Plaza subway station, a short walk from M. Wells Steakhouse and various cultural institutions, and in the heart of a mini building boom. One Queens Plaza has recently topped out. Nearly 80% of condos at the nearby Arcadia LIC have already entered contract. Remaining availabilities at Canvas come to an average of $1,132 per square foot.
