Murray Hill’s The Lindley has kicked off sales of its 74 sensibly-priced homes that benefit from the 421-A tax abatement. The condo venture was conceived by CBSK Ironstate, a triad of developers who also developed Frontier next door. Just last month we reported the "topping out" of the 20-floor high-rise designed by Rawling Architects.
