Murray Hill’s The Lindley has kicked off sales of its 74 sensibly-priced homes that benefit from the 421-A tax abatement. The condo venture was conceived by CBSK Ironstate, a triad of developers who also developed Frontier next door. Just last month we reported the "topping out" of the 20-floor high-rise designed by Rawling Architects. Now as the building moves closer to completion, the team has given us new images to provide a better taste of the stylishly-subdued homes.
Eleven listings have hit the market with studios priced from $935K, one-bedrooms from $1.28M and two-bedrooms from $2.1M. The residences are open and airy, featuring oak wood flooring, casement-style windows, and top-of-the-line appliances and finishes. Floorplans show conventional layouts with walls of windows, open kitchens, and ample closet space. Mid- to upper floors will capture classic views of the Manhattan skyline with focal points that include the Empire State Building and One WTC.
