Construction has topped out on One Clinton, Brooklyn Heights' tallest condo tower. The 38-story building developed by Hudson Companies and designed by Marvel Architects promises amazing views of New York Harbor and the Lower Manhattan skyline, but is shaping up to be a beautiful part of its own skyline.

While One Clinton has been nicknamed “the new Flatiron” for its triangular site, it will shape up to be a unique and important part of the Brooklyn Heights community. It is directly across from Cadman Square Park and a short walk from Brooklyn Bridge Park The site was formerly occupied by the Brooklyn Heights branch of the Brooklyn Public Library, and a new, state-of-the-art library will open at the base of the building. This will span three levels and host a new STEM lab for local students in the cellar level. One Clinton’s retail space has been snapped up by Brooklyn Roasting Company and a pop-up food venue featuring vendors curated by Smorgasburg.

Sales at One Clinton launched at the beginning of the year. One-bedrooms start at $1.227 million, two-bedrooms at $1.985 million, and three-bedrooms start at $3.195 million. A four-bedroom is also listed for $5.288 million. Pricing for five-bedrooms and penthouses will be announced in the near future.
