Two construction sites on a Cobble Hill street are gearing up for completion: Polhemus Townhouses at 88-98 Amity Street, part of the new River Park development replacing LICH, and The Cobble Hill House at 78 Amity Street, a 5-story condominium made up of 27 units on the upper floors and the Brooklyn Heights Preschool of Science on the ground-floor. Both residential projects have newly-debuted interior renderings depicting sleek, spacious layouts and high-end finishes.

And prices aren't cheap; Polhemus Townhouses has just two townhouses available, 94A Amity and 94 Amity asking $5.995 million and $12.5 million, respectively. While the more modest of the two, 94A (see renderings below) is still impressive with its 3,720 square feet of space, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, casement windows, a two-story atrium, five levels of full-floor spaces connected by an elevator, and private terraces.

An uber pricey home, 94 Amity is a 32' wide mansion with 7,440 square feet of space, 18 rooms, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and an additional 2,000 square feet of private outdoor gardens and rooftop terraces.
