As the new year begins, there are 10,191 condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale in Manhattan, northern Brooklyn, western Queens, and parts of the Bronx. Manhattan's median condo price climbed above $2 million to $2,040,307, or $1,677 per square foot. The median Manhattan co-op price also ticked up to $891,424 (all figures per CityRealty listings).

From December 30 to January 5, 171 sales listings throughout the city experienced price reductions. A full, sortable list may be found below; please be advised that all figures reflect cumulative price cuts as opposed to the most recent reductions.
