These townhouses at 880 Pacific Street in Prospect Heights, located between Vanderbilt and Underhill Avenue, offer a welcomed break from the influx of condo developments going up in the Downtown Brooklyn area. Appropriately named after developers Hello Living, Hello Townhouses consist of eight single-family homes that are each 3 stories tall.

Not much has changed since we last checked on the construction site, but it looks like developers decided to go in a different (and far better) direction in terms of the facade. The latest rendering, shown above, employs wood paneling and black metal accents that liven up the exterior. New interior renderings have also been revealed, giving us a more detailed glimpse into the airy residences. Permits list Zambrano Architectural Design as the architects and LoadingDock5 as the designers.

According to Hello Living's site, the townhouses will feature highly-insulated triple-paned windows and doors, 4" of EFIS Insulation, large private terraces and a roof terrace. As expected, the spacious open layout homes will have ultra luxury kitchens with waterfall edge islands, farmhouse sinks, plenty of storage, and luxury baths with freestanding tubs. Interior renderings also show homes with recessed lighting, oversized windows, light oak flooring, and wood accents throughout.

Hello Townhouses are ideally located near Prospect Park, Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, the Barclays Center, and "restaurant row" on Vanderbilt Avenue. It's also just a 15-minute commute to Manhattan. Construction should be completed this year.
