The 25-foot-wide lot will hold 10,343 square feet of pure residential space. Each of the spacious 7 units will encompass a full floor and have two bedrooms. The only amenity listed in the floor schedule is a rooftop terrace, but the axiomatic diagram shows a rear yard. An offering plan filed with the New York State Attorney General's office in May is pending approval and projects a $16 million sellout. Each unit should average $2.28 million, which is a bit pricier than Midtown West's current median two-bedroom condo price of $2.1 million.
