After building anticipation along with the structure for the past year, renderings of Toll Brothers City Living’s new Tribeca condo 19 Leonard Street have just been released. The 19-story building designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill with Hill West recalls Tribeca’s warehouses and lofts with details like dark bronze window frames and terra cotta fins. Studios start at $795K; one-bedrooms at $1.29 million; two-bedrooms as $2.57 million; three-bedrooms at $3.35 million; and four-bedrooms at $5.2 million. Penthouses with expansive private terraces start at $7.99 million.

A rooftop terrace has spectacular skyline views, lounge seating, grills, and an outdoor fireplace and television. Inside, a private 60-foot lap pool has a wide deck with lounge chairs, changing rooms, and a separate steam room and sauna. Other amenities include a lounge with fireplace and garden access, fitness center, screening room, and children’s playroom.
