98 16th Street is located very close to all of the Fifth Avenue restaurants and shops in Park Slope as well as the F and G train at the 4 Avenue/9th Street subway station. Applications for the development were filed back in 2014 by Brookland Capital's Boaz Gilad, who enlisted Adam Kushner Studios to design. Construction was completed this year.
According to a report by Crain's, there doesn't seem to be an end in sight for high-priced homes in Brooklyn. High demand and low supply keep the numbers up, with the median price of homes in the borough this year up 20% higher than last year.
