Sales have launched on 167-169 Eagle Street , a tasteful Greenpoint condominium located on a quiet tree-lined block between Manhattan Avenue and McGuiness Boulevard. With a facade defined by brick columns, steel spandrels, and inset balconies; the identical, side-by-side five-story buildings were designed and built by Anthony Morena’s Mortar ARCH + DEV, an emerging homebuilder working in northern Brooklyn.
The boutique 15,000-square-foot development is composed of 14 residences coming in studio to two-bedrooms configurations, with both simplex and duplex layouts available. Spreads start at $599K for a 717-square-foot garden-level studio that features a lower level well suited for a home office or media room. The development's blended price per square foot, $1,060, is in line with Greenpoint's closing condo median and below the current $1,149/ft2 asking median for the 43 condos available throughout the neighborhood. According to available listings, the average asking price for a Greenpoint condo is $1,140,500.

The New York Ferry can also be caught at the foot of India Street offers stops up and down the East River on both sides. Citibike stations are located nearby and the building is an easy walk to the Newtown Creek waterfront esplanade of Greenpoint Landing.
