According to Adjmi, “The use of the corbelled brick windows recalls the studio windows added to houses and apartments when Greenwich Village was populated by artists and bohemians”

113 University’s amenities will include an attended lobby, fitness center, a roof terrace with an outdoor kitchen and private storage units for purchase. The building is now topped out and delivery should be expected by early next year. Rising next door to the building, is 21E12 — an upcoming 52-unit condo designed by Annabelle Selldorf.
