Prices originally ranged $400,000 to $925,000 for penthouse units but with many now in contract, remaining units include two-bed/one-bath homes from $474,700 to $499,000 while a two-bed/two-bath unit is listed for $599,000. Prices here are significantly lower compared to Manhattan condominiums for sale, where the current median price for active condo listings is a hefty $2.35 million.
