The 47-unit building currently has one-bedrooms priced from $459,000 — up from their initial prices starting under $400K. Designed by Michael Muroff Architect, the building’s nearly-finished exterior flaunts a dynamically-layered façade of grey brick, recessed terraces, varying window sizes and dashes of green and pink color. The seven-floor structure anchors the southern blockfront of 138th Street between Rider Avenue and Canal Place. It is several blocks north of Mott Haven’s now-in-flux waterfront and two blocks from the 4,5 and 6 trains’ 138th Street stations.
