The sweeping views are a perfect backdrop to a private dining room seating up to 22 people, and a nearby catering kitchen. A Great Room has a gas fireplace and extensive seating areas, and other features include a spirits library, lounge with billiards and bar, and salon with river view balcony. Outside, a 3,700-square-foot sun deck has two outdoor kitchens.

The 22nd floor of Rafael Vinoly’s Three Waterline Square has a landscaped terrace and nearly 5,000 square feet of amenities by Groves & Co. A private dining room seats up to 12 people and has a nearby catering kitchen. A great room has two gas fireplaces, comfortable seating, and stunning views. The media room offers access to the terrace.
