Following a stream of real estate projects in the south, Minrav Development is poised to take New York by storm with a series of new projects throughout the city (h/t Livabl). In rapidly rising East Williamsburg, a condominium at 21 Powers Street with a design by Meshberg Group and Grasso-Menziuso Architects is expected to be completed by early 2019. Residents of the 14 one- to two-bedroom luxury condos will have interiors by GE-T Architects and access to on-site parking, a roof terrace, and private storage. A recently accepted offering plan lists a $17.125 million sellout.

Across the river, Minrav purchased 244 East 52nd Street from Turtle Bay Music School for $11 million (per Acris) at the end of May. Permits have not yet been filed, but a planned eight-story building will hold 15 condominiums. Delivery is estimated for winter 2020.

427 East 90th Street is also at a pre-construction stage, but the 21 planned condominiums are expected to come to market next summer. The 12-story building will be designed by Issac & Stern and conveniently located near the Second Avenue subway and 86th Street shopping. An offering plan with a $56.6 million sellout was filed in July.

In addition to these condominiums, a 35-story rental is currently under construction at 368 Third Avenue. The finished product will have a design by SLCE Architects, retail at base, and 100 apartments. Amenities will include a fitness center and residents’ lounge. Completion is estimated for 2022.
