Steiner East Village Claims 69% of East Village Condo Sales So Far in 2018

According to CityRealty closing data, sales at Steiner East Village, the new condo at 435 East 11th Street, account for 69% of the condo unit sales so far this year in the East Village.

Year-to-date, 87 condo sales have been recorded in the East Village, 60 of which are from sales in Steiner East Village.

Prices in the 82-unit building—which is now 76% closed—are above the neighborhood average. The price/ft² for 2018 closings is $2,039, compared to $1,491 for closings in other East Village condos.

Douglas Steiner's Steiner NYC developed the recently-opened building, which was designed by S9 Architecture with interiors by Paris Forino. Amenities include on-site parking, a private courtyard, arooftop terrace, and an indoor swiming pool. Our listings show there are four apartments available: three 5th-floor two-bedrooms with asks of $2.25M, $2.425M and $2.45M, 4th-floor three-bedroom listed for $3.495M
