A new condominium known as The Hill is wrapping up construction at 1325 Herkimer Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant. The building is designed by Issac and Stern Architects and rises to five floors with 32 units.
The residences come in studios to two-bedroom layouts and while listings have not been released, the team has revealed floor plans for many of the units. A studio layout for Unit 506 is 470 square feet with a kitchen nook and a 74-square-foot private balcony; one-bedroom floor plans vary and include duplex layouts with private gardens; two-bedroom layouts range from 766 to 878 square feet. According to permits, amenities include bike storage, private storage, a first floor recreation area and 16 parking spaces for residents.
