As residents of and visitors to the Lower East Side have undoubtedly noticed, the neighborhood has been in the midst of an architectural evolution. Closings are expected to commence in September 2022, and sales figures suggest that the building will be well populated. As of this writing, over 50% of the units are in contract, and eight contracts (or roughly 10% of the 85 units in the building) were signed in May 2022.

It is situated in a busy section of the Lower East Side near the Williamsburg Bridge, the culinary and cultural offerings of Essex Crossing, popular dining and nightlife, and the Delancey Street subway stop, but seeks to serve as a calming oasis amidst the bustle.
