Despite top-of-the-market prices relative to the rest of the universe, homes in NYC's recent condo developments sell out rather quickly depending on their size, quality location, and pricing. Looking back at buildings finished in 2018, the average residential condo building comes close to selling out somewhere between three and four years after delivery. Of course, there are exceptions, but with last year's rapacious transaction volume bleeding into 2022, some of the most desirable buildings are selling out months before delivery. Below are some of the most noteworthy condos to hit the market recently and their sales milestones.
