To show off 70 Charlton's luxury residences, Extell has teamed up with a slew of talented interior designers; including Jonathan Adler, Instagram favorite WorkOf, and now, New York-based designer Patricia Fisher.
Fisher designed this latest model residence, a 1,631-square-foot three-bedroom home asking $3.215M, to incorporate Hudson Square's historical context with a 21st-century modern luxury lifestyle. She took a more personal approach by envisioning the potential family that may one day reside there, and of course, she added her own signature style by adding wonderful pops of color to neutral tones. The result? A home that is "modern, young, fresh and functional.”

Fisher, who says she is very attracted to cooler tones, wanted to evoke a "calming, neutral feel that influenced the color palette."
Unit 9D features an entry foyer, open gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, a master bedroom with dual closets, a secondary bedroom with an en-suite (ideal for guests), and a living/dining room and bedrooms with a north-facing exposure.
Each of the 92 luxury residences in 70 Charlton comes with custom grey wash oak hardwood flooring, custom hardwood baseboards, doors, and trim, that signature Extell Choice of either a "polished" or "natural kitchen," a suite of Miele appliances, and a washer/dryer.
70 Charlton, which boasts amenities like a landscaped courtyard, an indoor saltwater pool, steam rooms, and an outdoor sports court, has eight units currently available with prices starting at $1.65M.
