Unit 93A at 432 Park Avenue Lands the Top Spot
For the fourth time this year, the Rafael Vinoly-designed 432 Park Avenue took the top spot for priciest contracts signed, according to Olshan's weekly market report. In total, there were 21 luxury contracts signed in Manhattan last week that were priced at $4 million and above. Twelve of those, including unit 93A at 432 Park, were sponsor units.

Landing at the number two spot was a 14-room co-op at The Beresford, owned by movie producer Bob Weinstein (brother of the disgraced Harvey Weinstein). It went into contract for $26.5 million, down 10 percent from its original asking price of $29.5 million. He bought it for $20 million back in 2004. And it looks like the Miramax Films co-founder is shedding his properties rather quickly. In December, it was reported he made no profit on his $15M Upper West Side townhouse sale.
