As of October 7, 2020, CityRealty sales listings show 12,729 condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and parts of Queens and the Bronx. Manhattan's median condo prices came to $2,039,230, or $1,675 per square foot. Manhattan co-op median came to $900,552.

CityRealty data shows that Manhattan's median condo price is down by around five percent from early September 2020's median price of $2,142,143. Co-ops, on the other hand, are up slightly from the $893,594 median reported at the beginning of September 2020.
Over the past seven days, a total of 692 sales listings throughout New York City experienced price reductions. Four of those took place in Trump-branded buildings, demonstrating that the Trump effect shows no sign of abating 27 days before Election Day. (Side note: Vote!) Please be advised that the prices at these listings, like all others quoted below, reflect cumulative price reductions as opposed to the most recent cuts.
