Proof of that can be found at 277 Fifth Avenue, the Rafael Vinoly-designed tower on the corner of East 30th Street that has already welcomed more than 30 residents since move-ins began in the spring. Upon entering through a glass and steel canopy on East 30th Street, a lobby designed by Jeffrey Beers International welcomes residents and sets the tone for the luxurious offerings within. A library was curated by French publishing house Assouline, and a sculptural piece by Oskar Zieta is behind the desk and curated by Uprise Art.
