These include apartments in some of New York's most well-known buildings, not to mention a Central Park penthouse at The Chatham Court owned by radio shock jock Don Imus (last on the list). Despite its scale, views, and uniqueness, the majestic spread has been on the market for a whopping 972 days. Is it the decor that could be straight out of the Shining? Perhaps.
