Quay Tower via MOSO Studio
On the Brooklyn waterfront, Quay Tower is the home of new standards and new firsts for the borough. Last fall, a penthouse combination sold for over $20 million and set a new Brooklyn record in the process. More recently, three model units on the 15th floor of the 30-story building designed by renowned firm Marmol Radziner.
The project is the firm’s East Coast debut and coincides with the opening of its first New York office in NoMad. The Los Angeles-based firm brings the same unique design-build skills to one of Brooklyn’s most expensive towers that it did to the award-winning Kaufmann House in Palm Springs, not to mention the private homes of Tom Ford and Demi Moore.

The spectacular views of New York Harbor and the Manhattan skyline are impossible to compete with, and the model units were designed to complement them. Beyond the doors of the apartments, Quay Tower is topped with an indoor/outdoor rooftop lounge with grilling and dining areas. Additional amenities include a Sunset Lounge with catering kitchen, a music room, a children’s playroom, a pet spa, and a state-of-the-art fitness center with a private boxing studio in partnership with Gleason’s Gym. Current availabilities range from $1.695 million for a two-bedroom home to $9.045 million for a five-bedroom combination unit.
