The spectacular views of New York Harbor and the Manhattan skyline are impossible to compete with, and the model units were designed to complement them. In addition to the rich stone, natural wood, and warm finishes that all 126 units in Quay Tower enjoy, the model apartments are enhanced with a combination of vintage furnishings and contemporary pieces. These impeccable interiors are underscored by integrated home automation that includes an Amazon Echo, a Nest thermostat, and Lutron Caseta dimmers.

Most importantly, as opposed to the gleaming but lifeless aesthetic that has become typical of investment properties, the model units at Quay Tower show apartments that were meant to be lived in and loved. Prime examples can be found in the kitchen: The white oak cabinetry makes a beautiful statement while offering abundant storage, and the leather quartzite countertops were chosen for aesthetics and durability alike. Elsewhere, Alabastrino Rustico Travertine stone in the baths makes for a highly luxurious environment.
