Developed by Greenland Forest City Partners and designed by COOKFOX, 535 Carlton stands 15 stories tall and contains 298 no fee all-affordable rentals, making it the only other all-affordable building in Pacific Park, next to 38 Sixth Avenue.

The housing lottery opened last year and while you can no longer find a studio for $548/month, there are units currently available for those making 165% of the AMI (Area Median Income). Prices range from $2,137/month for a studio to $3,716/month for a three-bedroom apartment. You can check your eligibility here by inputting your household size and annual income.
