Designed by COOKFOX Architects for Greenland Forest City Partners, its two part exterior contrasts a red brick section with vertical window bands against a lighter section with horizontal inset windows above a brick base. Circular plantings and dark gray masonry define the landscaped plaza at street level.

Layouts range from studios through three bedrooms, with open kitchens and hardwood floors recurring across the residences; several layouts also have floor-to-ceiling or corner windows.
