The top contract of the past week was at 150 Wooster Street, one of a small handful of new construction buildings in the Soho-Cast Iron Historic District. It contains only six full-floor, loft-inspired units, and the fifth-floor unit entered contract with an asking price of $18,000,000. Olshan Realty's market report notes that the unidentified seller purchased the four-bedroom, four-bath, 4,271-square-foot condo, which also features a 184-square-foot private balcony, from the sponsor for $13,899,112 in 2018.
The second-highest contract was for #46C, a sponsor unit at One57 that had an asking price of $13,900,000. The apartment has four bedrooms, four and a half baths, 3,466 square feet, and spectacular views of Central Park, the iconic Essex House sign, and the Manhattan skyline.
