Condo median prices ticked down a bit from last week to $2,094,269, or $1,689 per square foot. Co-ops, on the other hand, continued their slight upward trajectory to a median price of $898,703 (all figures per CityRealty sales listings).
On the rental front, there are 21,393 available listings all over New York. Manhattan medians dipped down to $2,302/month for studios, $2,956/month for one-beds, $3,499/month for two-beds, and $4,345/month for three-beds (all figures per CityRealty rental listings).
