As of September 16, 2020, there are 12,026 condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and parts of the Bronx and Queens. Condo median prices ticked down a bit from last week to $2,094,269, or $1,689 per square foot. Co-ops, on the other hand, continued their slight upward trajectory to a median price of $898,703 (all figures per CityRealty sales listings).

On the rental front, there are 21,393 available listings all over New York. Manhattan medians dipped down to $2,302/month for studios, $2,956/month for one-beds, $3,499/month for two-beds, and $4,345/month for three-beds (all figures per CityRealty rental listings).
Over the past seven days, 721 sales listings throughout New York had their prices slashed to come closer in line with market realities and appeal to a wider class of buyers. Please be advised that all figures reflect cumulative price cuts as opposed to the most recent reductions.
