"This 21-story, white-brick building at 180 East End Avenue between 88th and 89th Streets is known as Gracie Towers and was built in 1961 and has 155 cooperative apartments.

It was building by Carol Management Corporation of which Alfred L. Kaskel was the principal and it was designed by Sylvan Bien." Read Carter's Full Review
