The Twitter war between Cher and President Trump dates back to before he took office, and now it would appear to have spilled over into the realm of New York real estate: Over the past week, 850 sales listings throughout New York experienced price cuts, with the singer's onetime Noho penthouse and a condo in a Trump-branded building among the ten largest. Which will prevail?

While we wait and see, we take a closer look at the biggest price cuts of the past seven days. Please be advised that the following figures reflect cumulative reductions as opposed to the most recent price slashes.
