On November 5, CityRealty listings showed 12,848 condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and parts of Queens and the Bronx. Manhattan's median condo price came to $2,001,367, or $1,672 per square foot. The Manhattan co-op median price came to $908,560.

Manhattan's condo price has dropped slightly from the $2,039,230 reported at the beginning of October 2020. Co-ops, though, ticked up slightly from October's median of $900,552.

Over the past week, a total of 378 sales listings experienced price cuts all over New York. Please be advised that all of the following figures reflect cumulative price reductions as opposed to the most recent slashes.
