Status update: Chris Hughes (l), co-founder of Facebook, has sold his Greenwich Village townhouse at a loss. He and political activist husband Sean Eldridge listed it for $26 million in 2019 amidst plans to expand their family. More recently, the New York Post reported the news of the sale and noted that the couple originally purchased the home for $22.3 million in 2015.

Further details on the apartment are not known, but it will feature soaring ceiling heights and interiors by Jeffery Beers International. Less than a year after Karlie Kloss listed her West Village townhouse at 151 Charles Street, it has found a buyer. The two-bedroom, two-bath home sold for $2,382,609, or 13.4% less than the listing price of $2.75 million, but still more than the $1.975 million the model/entrepreneur paid for it in 2012. The sale comes nearly a year after she and husband Josh Kushner (not pictured) sold their Nolita apartment for $6.6 million.
