At the beginning of July 2023, CityRealty listings show 8,364 condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale in Manhattan, northern Brooklyn, western Queens, and parts of the Bronx. The median price of a Manhattan condo has dropped to $2,426,508 ($1,816) since the beginning of June 2023. Manhattan co-ops had been on a slight upward trajectory, but their median price also experienced a small dip to $1,057,567.
