Manhattan's median condo prices inched down slightly from last week's numbers to $2,119,761, or $1,700 per square foot. At the same time, co-op median prices ticked up a bit to $895,844.
Meanwhile, the number of rental listings in New York City climbed to 21,014 availabilities. Manhattan median rents came to $2,325/month for studios, $2,993/month for one-beds, $3,588/month for two-beds, and $4,388/month for three-beds - down from last week, but not dizzyingly so.
