A few days into November 2022, CityRealty listings show a total of 9,369 publicly listed condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, western Queens, and parts of the Bronx. The Manhattan median condo price comes to $2,499,262 ($1,868 per square foot), up 1.6% from the beginning of October 2022. The median Manhattan co-op price has also risen since then to $967,182.
