143 Meserole Street, the 6-story 10-unit condo addition in Williamsburg, has recently launched sales on five of its one-bedroom units. With the sales launch comes a look at the model unit's interiors and the building's facade, which is a steep contrast to the previous rendering that debuted back in February. Sunset Park-based developer, New Empire Real Estate Development, collaborated with architect Building Consulting Engineering (BCE) to create the condominium.

Compared to Williamsburg's condo closings in the past 12 months - $1.075M - these prices are fairly affordable. KeyWorthy LLC is handling sales.
