The median asking price of a Manhattan apartment stands at $2.04M for condos and $888K for co-ops (per CityRealty listings). For those looking to buy, it can be easy to reach the conclusion that Manhattan is unquestionably a city for the rich. However, for those with enough savings, there is a sprinkling of entry-level bargains to be found throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn's most highly coveted neighborhoods. A total of 679 new listings came on the market last week, and we look at the most appealing, approachably-priced deals below.
