Park Place Condominiums is an eight story, 47 unit condominium at 145 Park Place whose two street fronts take contrasting architectural approaches. Completed in 2005 on the former site of the Brooklyn Gospel Tabernacle, it presents a five story façade finished in brownstone stucco on Park Place, with setbacks concealing the upper three floors, while its Flatbush Avenue side is composed of glass and aluminum with curved balconies. Architect and developer Tom Anderson of Anderson Associates led the project, with Lauster & Radu Architects also involved.

The Park Place entrance faces a tree lined, landmarked block near Flatbush Avenue at the northern edge of Park Slope. Prospect Park and Grand Army Plaza are about three blocks away, while Barclays Center is several blocks west. The Fifth, Seventh, and Vanderbilt Avenue dining and retail corridors surround the building.
